The Department of Education is seeking an Education Specialist to oversee the WorkKeys (NCRC) Assessments. This includes:

  • coordinating WorkKeys testing with public schools
  • providing NCRC technical assistance
  • guiding and assisting Employment Specialists with NCRC business outreach efforts and NCRC recognition forms
  • preparing NCRC results and communicating data as requested and
  • assisting staff through training and written guidance.

This position works as an employee in the Division of Learning and Instruction. Travel throughout the state will be required, but flexibility with scheduling is available. Most working conditions will be in an office or business setting. This is a Full-Time 40 Hours Weekly position with the Department of Education – Division of Learning and Instruction. The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred and experience with NCRC Assessments is required.
