Job Summary To assist students and faculty in the Academic Computer Lab
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assist students and faculty with software issue
  • Assist students and faculty with wifi connection
  • Assist student with passwords and multi-factor authentication
  • Supervise student workers
  • Maintain multi-function devices (print, copy, scan) throughout the campus
  • Monitor and report hardware and software issues in the Academic Computer Lab
  • Toner inventory

Minimum Requirements Associates Degree in a computer related field or equivalent work experience.
Competencies Must be able to lift 30 lbs.

Campus Location Primarily located at the Providence Campus
Full-time/Part-time Part-Time
Shift, Days, and Additional Work Schedule Information Monday through Friday 8am – 4pm various shifts. 19 hours per week maximum
