Refers messages to appropriate parties. Announces visitors and directs them to proper destination. Maintains records and logs. Refers non-routine questions and inquiries to supervisor. Performs other clerical duties as needed. Pay Range Minimum $17.73 Midpoint $23.48 Maximum $29.23 Rate of pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, education, as well as position requirements. - Required: Prior Customer Service experience.
- Preferred: Two (2) years of experience as a receptionist. Previous healthcare experience.
- Required: High School Diploma/ GED or equivalent.
- Preferred: College level courses or certifications.
- Required: Proficient in computer software such as MS Word and MS Excel. Ability to pleasantly handle interruptions in work-tasks due to greeting people and answering a small multi-phone line. Excellent interpersonal skills, maturity, judgment with the ability to work harmoniously.
- Preferred: General knowledge of MS Power Point and databases.
