Payroll Customer Service Representative

Job Purpose
This job will focus on resolving Tier 2 payroll inquiries. I.E., inquiries the HR Contact Center is unable to resolve. If the inquiry requires Tier 3 support or is assigned to the wrong service team, assign the inquiry to the appropriate team or individual.

- 1 year of payroll, customer service or human resource role.
- Associate Degree or equivalent work experience in payroll, human resources or in a customer service role.
- Ability to navigate between multiple systems
- Analytical skills. Ability to research and respond to inquiries
- Customer service skills. Ability to communicate clearly verbally and in writing. Providing a clear resolution to an inquiry and displaying empathy for the customer
