Pay

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $45800 – $59600 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. Responsibilities

  • Complete menu costing and update pricing for all food and beverage items, ensuring compliance with corporate program guides
  • Work with external partners to create order guides and ensure proper ordering of inventory, while liaising between internal stakeholders and suppliers to maintain compliance with preferred programs and contract terms
  • Finalize menus and track ServSafe compliance, including food and alcohol safety, as well as state and local regulations
  • Manage data entry of inventory and update quarterly cost changes in Micros &amp Netsuite, while providing operational training support for ordering, receiving, and inventorying
  • Monitor product quality, control costs, and minimize waste following departmental guidelines, ensuring efficient operations

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of purchasing experience
  • High school degree or equivalent
  • BirchStreet or Stratton Warren experience preferred
  • Computer and Microsoft Office Suite skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
