The Opportunity

Boston Holdings is hiring a part-time Box Office Repersenative to join our team at TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts. As a Box Office Repersenative, you will sell tickets for attractions or events.

Pay

$33.28 – $33.28 / hour

Responsibilities

  • Answer guest questions about the attraction or event.
  • Assist patrons with finding seats that meet their needs and offer suggestions and options based on availability.
  • Scheduling guests for an event or attraction.
  • Answer incoming calls from potential ticket buyers.
  • Use the point-of-sale system to process ticket transactions.
  • Handle guest purchases in a friendly, efficient manner.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong communication and guest service skills.
  • Ability to serve guests quickly.
  • Basic math and cash handling skills.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • The ability to multi-task.

Physical Requirements

  • May be required to work in a small space, such as a ticket booth.
  • Ability to withstand a variety of temperatures depending on the season.
  • Manual dexterity to process ticket purchases and issue guest tickets.
