GE Appliances Talent Acquisition Team is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager. The Talent Acquisition Manager will provide leadership, coaching, and innovative thinking to support hiring for our growing affiliate Associate Solutions Incorporated, (ASI).
Oversees day-to-day operations of recruitment. Provides oversight of assigned staff to ensure effective management of projects and achievement of intended results. Establishes protocols and practices, ensuring compliance with department, affiliate, operating unit, and applicable laws and regulations. Takes a strategic and tactical approach in identifying best practices and standardizing workflows/processes and developing plans of action to meet recruitment needs of the business.

This role will be influential with senior leaders who can implement recruiting strategies at the group level. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable of current trends in high volume and professional recruiting, have previous TA management experience, and have a roll up your sleeves attitude. - Lead and coach a team of recruiters, ensuring adherence to ASIs recruitment processes and standards.
- Plans, organizes, and directs operation and resources to ensure effective and efficient delivery of services and achievement of business results.
- Utilize data-driven insights to identify trends and opportunities for optimization within talent acquisition.
- Serves as a Talent Acquisition consultant to the business and TA Team by leveraging their Talent Acquisition experience and available tools.
- Collaborate closely with hiring leaders and HRBPs to align recruitment efforts with business objectives.
- Establishes and communicates priorities and operational objectives to ensure business results are achieved.
- Manage full life cycle recruiting for critical roles, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Identifies and works to remove barriers that may hinder productivity of the team
- Provide strategic market data to influence decision-making and drive business growth.
- Establishes expectations with all direct reports, holds individuals and work teams accountable, and ensures job descriptions accurately reflect job responsibilities and expectations.
- Partner with TA leadership to enhance recruitment processes and candidate experiences continuously.
- Monitor and manage job postings in our ATS, Workday, and leverage data for strategic analysis.
- Implements disciplinary actions and/or performance improvement plans to achieve desired performance. May work with leadership when major disciplinary action is necessary or in consultation with Human Resources.
- Ensure compliance with employment regulations and support diversity and inclusion initiatives through outreach to affinity groups.
- Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects while delivering quality service and achieving business results.
- Cultivate relationships with key talent communities to tap into active and passive opportunities.
- May take on additional duties based on business needs
- Bachelors Degree
- Minimum of 5 years of full life cycle recruiting experience, preferably in high volume or contact center environments.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, including team building, and coaching with the ability to motivate and engage others.
- Minimum 3 years of management experience, with a demonstrated ability to drive change management efforts.
- Proficiency in ATS and CRM systems, with a track record of partnering with hiring managers on recruitment decisions. (ideally Workday)
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with a proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
- Proficiency in Excel and a strong aptitude for data analysis.
