Purpose:
  • Support and execute the strategic and tactical initiatives to optimize Inventory Management and improve business profitability/cashflow in a sustainable manner. Act as the liaison between Omni Inventory Management &amp Supply Chain, ensuring teams work together to solve with an Omni approach that meets our desire to act with speed while meeting profitability goals. Support in building proper processes &amp strategies to review new and or challenging operational/financial opportunities for the market.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Assist in building out new processes that leads to a new way of working across SCM and Commercial.
  • Support defining &amp qualifying Commercial Inventory KPI success, support EOY inventory goals by partnering with SCM to drive cost saving efficiencies.
  • Aide inventory commercialization by connecting DCs, Supply Chain, and commercial partners and reporting.
  • Assist in operational projects that intersect OMNI Inventory with cross-functional partners like Supply Chain, Order Fulfilment, Account Operations, Product Supply, Commercial, &amp Finance.
  • Support inventory movement through the organization using an Omni channel approach that not only focuses on speed but is routed in financial success for the overall company.
  • Provide transparency around internal/external issues that cause disruption in the network.
  • Actively work and support cross functional partners to build short-term and long-term processes that drive efficiencies and cost savings throughout the organization.
  • Partner with Omni Inventory Management in ensuring that Sr. Management is provided top notch and highly accurate information and analysis to assist them in their business decisions.
  • Partner cross-functionally and provide support on dedicated/direct cancellations and USWS RTV process.
  • Support targeted inventory commercialization across all channels to support DC efficiencies.
  • Assist with market donations and destruction for region North America.
  • Implement inventory scrapping logic &amp efficiencies in our distribution pipeline.
  • Influence and support supply chain warehouse optimization &amp profit review.


Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
  • Process development and management experience
  • Supply Chain, Order Fulfilment, or other inventory management experience preferred
  • Resourceful and self-starting, able to create a broad network within the company
  • Cross-functional collaboration
  • Problem-solving ability to quickly identify and support the business according to changing internal or external market conditions
  • High level understanding of the end-to-end planning process
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite and familiarity with merchandising systems/applications (MicroStrategy, Power BI, SAP &amp SQL)
  • Advanced Excel skills, and a thorough understanding, pivot tables, lookup formulas, formatting, etc.
  • Excellent planning and organization skills, resulting in the ability to meet critical deadlines
  • Able to make quick decisions off limited information
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, written and verbal
  • Detail-oriented and able to multi-task to complete objectives on a tight timeline


Qualifications (Minimum required education and experience):
  • Four-year degree preferably in business or related fieldeEquivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted for degree
  • Minimum 4-5 years Product Supply, Retail, Planning or Supply Chain experience
