Distribution Operations Analyst
- Build, enhance and update daily/weekly/monthly/annual reports based on business needs.
- Support business for ad hoc data requests.
- Provide data as needed to drive decision making and process improvement.
- Perform a variety of daily and weekly data entry tasks related to areas of responsibility.
- Research within the Warehouse Management System information that can be used by supervisory personnel to derive root cause analysis and formulate a corrective action plan recommendation.
- Perform other Inventory Control Department, Quality or distribution operations duties as required.

- Must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Must have good math sense and high level of accuracy
- Must have strong problem-solving skills
- Must be able to multitask on a wide variety of tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must have ability to work independently and be self-motivated
- Must have advanced MS OFFICE computer skills, especially MS Excel and PowerBI. MS Forms, Tableau, Smartsheet, MS Access and PowerPoint is a plus.
- Must have very good organization skills
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to:
- regularly required to talk, hear sit, stand and/or walk use fingers, hands, arms and feet to feel, handle, grip, grasp, lift, operate, push, pull, bend, and/or twist for up to twelve (12) hours/day
- able to reliably attend work/scheduled hours
- High School Diploma/GED. Associate Degree in Business or relevant field is preferred. Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be substituted for degree.
- Previous experience in reporting / analytics function.
