Apply Here Job Description : Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor Summary: In this role, you will direct the MTC workforce to support plant operations. Responsibilities Include:
  • Determine and assign craftsmen for specific jobs.
  • Monitors productivity and progress for specific jobs.
  • Verify parts availability and order necessary parts for the daily maintenance schedule
  • Complete key metrics to drive business initiatives in the maintenance organization
  • Leads and requires safe execution of all maintenance work and activity
  • Supervision of craftspeople including administration of the Code of Conduct and CBA
  • Prioritize job assignments, drive continuous improvements and safety-related activities
Qualifications: The following are required for the role
  • BS.in Engineering, BA Business or AS in Manufacturing or Maintenance related field OR 3-5 yrs. equivalent work-related experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Previous experience supervising
  • Position to work Monday through Friday, and available to provide coverage on weekends
The following are preferred for this role:
  • Working knowledge of SAP
  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Maintenance experience in the chemical manufacturing environment

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, bend, stoop, climb, twist, turn, grasp, and move about the facility. Walking, walking on irregular surfaces, and balancing will be required. Hearing, sight to include depth perception and color vision and the ability to speak clearly will be required. Occasionally lifting and/or move up to 50 lbs. and the ability to comply with PPE requirements (ability to pass a fit-test and wear a respirator is required for certain positions/locations). The environment for this position is a Manufacturing setting, with exposure to outside weather conditions and loud noise. Candidates should be able to adapt to a traditional business environment. What We Offer: Base Pay Range: $82,500.00 – $120,450.00 The actua l salary offered i s determined by factors including but not limited to education, experience, skill set s, and geography. Local geographic pay differentials may not be reflected in the above pay range and will be discussed with you by a member of the HR team when applicable .
