Description:

This Production Operations HRBP will work closely with the multiple client groups in support of business objectives. As a trusted advisor, the chosen candidate will be able to positively influence and impact the organization by building strong relationships and offering innovative solutions. With a comprehensive understanding of the programs business strategy, this position will align HR initiatives to critical business needs. This position will also serve as the Talent Champion that assists in identifying, developing and retaining talent that enhances team performance. This position is responsible for transforming core values into common practices at all levels of the organization and will be recognized as the Culture Ambassador.

Basic Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Human Resources Business Partner experience
  • Experience with HRIS Systems like Peoplesoft, SAP, Workday, etc., including the ability to generate reports and conduct analyses
  • Experienced in Microsoft Office tools and resources, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Desired Skills:


  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or other related field
  • Project Management skills
  • Demonstrated track record of preparing and presenting HR initiatives and programs to both management and employees
  • Exceptional communication abilities encompassing clear speaking, writing, and listening skills that foster issue clarification, promote resolution, deliver information effectively, and support informed decision-making
  • Strong interpersonal skills essential for collaborating effectively with leaders at all levels, employees, and peers
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of company and employee information, handling sensitive data with discretion
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent initiatives

Ability to Work Remotely:

Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules:

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position:

4×10 hour day, 3 days off per week
