Job Description :
  • HELP DESK ANALYST JOB SUMMARY
      A Help Desk Analyst provides first tier end user technical support, route support request to appropriate staff, and assist with technical projects. Employee may be required to travel off site, therefore is occasionally exposed to inclement weather.
  • HELP DESK ANALYST JOB SPECIFICATIONS
      Education and/or experience: High school diploma or equivalent. Associates degree in a technical field preferred. An equivalent of education and experience will be considered. Knowledge: Microsoft Windows desktop operating systems, Microsoft Office, network printer mapping, and basic Active Directory knowledge required. TCP/IP networking, and security knowledge helpful, but not required. Skills: Excellent communication skills (oral and written), and good time management. Abilities: A demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision, work in a fast paced environment, maintains confidentiality of sensitive patient and hospital information required.
