At BMO Commercial Bank, TPS US Help Desk Analysts work with clients and internal partners to resolve problems associated with our treasury banking websites. With inbound phone calls, emails, self-service cases and online chat, Analysts must prioritize and multi-task to stay organized and efficient. Using trained and accessible knowledge, critical thinking and tech savviness, Analysts provide guidance, troubleshooting, and additional resources to accomplish their tasks. At the root, Analysts are coachable, insightful, and passionate problem solvers with a desire to deliver the best possible experience for online end users.

In this role, an Analyst:

  • Uses knowledge received from 6 weeks of training and our online knowledge base to complete tasks associated with the role.
  • Resolves problems in an efficient, effective, friendly, and professional manner.
  • Creates tickets for problems and tracks them until they are resolved.
  • Accepts broader work and accountabilities due to possible changes in staffing, technology, and procedures.
  • Completes ongoing compliance assignments within the required timeframes.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience working in customer service.
  • Great organizational skills.
  • Great verbal and written communication skills.
  • Great analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience and comfort with using computers, smartphone applications, online banking websites and mobile banking apps.

Compensation and Benefits:

$50,100.00 – $80,400.00

Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles, the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Group’s expected target for the first year in this position.

BMO Financial Group’s total compensation package will vary based on the pay type of the position and may include performance-based incentives, discretionary bonuses, as well as other perks and rewards.
