The Final Mile/Logistics Support Representative will assist the GE Appliances Final Mile (Local Delivery) Agents by resolving issues and answering questions related to GE Appliances shipments and inventory. Team members will take phone calls, answer emails, and work reports provided via Excel and GEA Delivers (internally developed web-based application). This position will start the job by processing scraps using GEA Delivers, allowing quick learning to system processing and inventory basics.

How Youll Create Possibilities
- Process damaged/used product out of inventory using a web based internal application (GEA Delivers)
- Answer phone calls and emails from the GE Appliances Final Mile Delivery Network to resolve issues and answer questions related to GE Appliances and non-GE Appliances vendor shipments.
- Provide GEA Delivers technology support to GE Appliances Delivery Agents.
- Support Final Mile/Local Delivery Network with training and questions regarding Oracle processes and the upcoming Salesforce tool.
- Back up other areas of the support team as needed.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of work experience preferably in a professional office environment
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree
- Relevant work experience
- Excellent data management, analytical and organizational skills
- Strong decision-making skills
- Must be dependable and self-directed with a strong work ethic.
- Strong computer skills, proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite and the ability to manage multiple web-based applications at one time
- Ability to research and problem solve
- Excellent interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
- Position is a remote (work from home) position where you must have a distraction free area to set up a full-time (40 hour) dedicated workspace.
- Reliable, high-speed internet connection with at least 30mb download speed – cable or fiber (NO dial-up, satellite or cellular hotspots)
