Job Description : Position Overview The Customer Service Admin supports customer care and sales through the contact of internal emails. Administrator provides exceptional internal support by performing the following duties. Essential Functions (Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.)
  • Fulfill stock product and accessory orders.
  • Fulfill marketing material orders.
  • Utilizes salesforce.com to document customer interactions, for credits and rebills.
  • Update of product and accessory warranties.
  • Maintain a respond time for Customer Service and Sales requests within 2 hours.
  • Perform special projects as assigned.
  • Help with the growth After Sales revenue to reach monthly goal of 120%.

  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment
  • Computer skills
Desired Qualifications Required Education:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
Preferred Education: Experience:
  • Individual should have basic computer skills and be willing to learn to work with current ERP system, Microsoft Office business applications and Salesforce.com preferred
  • Previous MS Office experience preferred
  • Ability to effectively communicate information and respond to questions from internal and external customers both verbally and via email.
Working Environment: Open office setting with adjustable standing/sitting office furnishings Hybrid Opportunities Physical Demands: Must be able to lift up-to 10lbs if required Position Type and Expected Hours of Work: Full-time Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week, plus overtime as needed.
