Blackjack Dealer

As a Blackjack Dealer, your role requires you to comply with the policies and procedures of Development Hones, Inc. and North Dakotas charitable gaming laws with utmost diligence and sincerity. Your primary responsibilities include conducting the games of Blackjack and Bingo, fulfilling cashier duties, completing essential paperwork, ensuring a safe and orderly work environment, and performing any other assigned duties with integrity, respect, and excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for conducting Blackjack and Bingo games and fulfilling cashier duties in a professional manner.
• Accurately complete the necessary paperwork to ensure proper documentation, such as tracking the drop cash, counting chips and pull tabs for redemption, verifying electronic pull-tab redemption vouchers, and other paperwork required for the game type.
• Ensure and maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all procedures necessary for each site.

Basic Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Deal blackjack
• Call bingo
• Ability to perform basic mathematics.
• Previous experience handling cash (counting, sorting, binding).

Additional Requirements:

• Availability to work evenings and weekends between 5pm-2am.
• Position requires successful completion of credit check, Attorney General criminal background check, and Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) to be eligible for employment.
• Current and valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and insurable driving record following company guidelines.

Compensation and Benefits:

Blackjack Dealer: $5.08/hr. along with tips and pay differentials.
