Job Description:
General Skills

• Professional who is more of a clear lead along with strong experience in the Workday integrations space.

• Our client needs confidence that the resource can both drive daily calls keeping issues logged, organized, and updated.

• Consult with the business to validate priorities and timing.

• Coordinate with the other developers to determine who is working on what.

• Be the one who can jump into any issue and resolve it themselves as well.

• Workday Certification is not required, but is a plus.

Technical Skills
Strong hands on experience with Technical Integration.

• Design, develop and maintain Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIBs, and other integration tools – as some hands-on work may be needed.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather integration requirements and provide solutions.

• Troubleshoot integration issues and provide timely resolution.

• Participate with internal and external support teams to troubleshoot and resolve defects and failures.

• Develop and maintain integration documentation and processes.

• Manage integrations through the entire development lifecycle, including testing, deployment, and maintenance.

• Work with stakeholders to ensure that integrations are meeting business needs and are scalable.
