Job Purpose
Under the direction of the Manager will be responsible for assembling field work packages, printing main work Packages for the Company and Contractor Crews entering Leaks in CWQ applying for local town permits, and entering dig-safes while maintaining accurate work management statuses in our work management system.
Key Accountabilities
Responsible for putting together accurate Main Packages
- Help Maintain a 90% error-free rate
- Responsible for the data integrity of divisional information entered into the work management system.
- Act as the liaison to the city/town officials to resolve local issues.
- Enter leaks accurately
- Apply for dig safes
- Apply to municipalities for road opening permits
Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in a related area or equivalent work experience preferred (3 years)
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments and tasks simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to travel across the divisions and regions as required (10%)

Salary – $75,000 – $88,000 This position has a career path which provides for advancement opportunities within and across bands as you develop and evolve in the position gaining experience, expertise and acquiring and applying technical skills. Candidates will be assessed and provided offers against the minimum qualifications of this role and their individual experience.
