We are currently hiring for Full Time, day and night shift positions to support the Virtual Health Center.

Location: Aurora, Colorado. US.
Department: UCHealth Safety View
FTE: Full Time, 0.9 FTE – 72 hours per pay period (2 weeks)
Shifts : Day and night shift positions available. Day shift hours are from: 7:00 am to 7:30 pm. Night shift hours are from 7:00 pm. to 7:30 am.
Pay: $18.54 – $24.10 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicants relevant experience
This is not a remote position. The job site is located in Aurora, Colorado.
Summary:
Monitors patients virtually on telemetry devices and monitors at risk patients via Safety View devices.
Responsibilities:
- Performs surveillance of multiple patients and recognizes abnormal findings or trends.
- Recognizes, intervenes, reports and documents abnormal findings or at-risk behavior during monitoring. Maintains telemetry records, rhythm strips and documentation in Electronic Health Record.
- Greets patients, answers phone calls and assists health care team with patient visits.
- Performs clerical tasks as needed.
- Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a rapidly changing environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum Required Education: High School diploma or GED, or in lieu of HS/GED, satisfactory completion of UCHealth-administered basic competency test is required.
- Required Licensure/Certification: None required.
- Minimum Experience: None required. Preferred: Telemetry experience.
