Monday 7am – 4:45pm, Tuesday – Friday 7:15am – 4:45pm,
Friday 7:15am – 11:45am.

- High school education or equivalent required.
- Minimum of two-year post-secondary education with coursework in business, medical assistant program or nursing assistant program OR equivalent combination of education/experience in customer service or medical scheduling related capacity (one year of education equals one year of experience) required.
- Demonstrated ability to provide a high level of customer service to physicians, patients and other internal/external customers required.
- Developed knowledge of hospital and/or professional revenue cycle processes required.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, databases, and payer applications required.
- Ability to work professionally with physicians, clinic staff and patients in a timely, confidential manner required.
- Demonstrated analytical, prioritization, organizational, team, project management and self-directing skills required.
- Demonstrated flexibility and dedication to team environment required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to work with diverse customer base required.
- Effective communication skills required.
- Experience in healthcare environment with working knowledge of medical office operations, scheduling or registration systems preferred.
- College coursework in business preferred.
- Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
- Experience with electronic health records, Epic preferred.
- Depending on the position available, fluency in Spanish preferred
