Training Specialist- Diagnostics

Conduct training programs for the company. May track and analyze training programs by examining participants’ job performance. Monitors and reports the effectiveness of training on employees during the orientation period and for career development. Meet with operational management and make recommendation for new training material.

Skill Requirements

Administrative: Answer telephones, maintain logs/records, motivate others, organizational skills, proficiency with numbers, research information, time management, train employees, use computerized databases, written and verbal communications.

Machine: Calculator, personal computer.

Microsoft Office Suite – Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote

License/Certification/Education: Normally requires an Associate’s Degree, but a BS in healthcare, life science or business related field with 3-5 years of experience in related field preferred

Previous classroom Training preferred

Pay Range: 18-21/hr
