JOB SUMMARY ONEOK is looking for a Training Facilitator to support the Refined Products and Crude Operations team with further developing our proactive technical training program and maintaining regulatory compliance. This position is responsible for managing our training program, driving process and system improvements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing strategic insights to streamline internal processes and procedures. We are looking for someone to join the team during this transformational time as the company seeks to revolutionize its processes and procedures. An emphasis on principles of adult learning, instructional design, operational understanding and regulatory compliance knowledge is desired. Job Profile Summary
Delivers/facilitates training topics and programs. Designs, develops and delivers new training. Provides input in evaluation of existing training programs to ensure training needs are met and demonstrates compliance with state/federal law and regulations. Monitors and evaluates trainees progress throughout new hire training and oversees documentation of training in the appropriate training system.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
  • Deliver/facilitate training based on scheduled sessions. Delivers custom or specialized training as requested to meet business needs.
  • Implements training programs, standards, and methods to improve the efficiency, productivity, and safety of employees. Primarily focused on preparation for new employee orientation and annual training.
  • Provide input on, and assists in the evaluation of existing training programs to ensure ongoing training needs are met, and to demonstrate compliance with state and federal laws and regulations as applicable with all regulatory agencies interfaced by. Ensures programs model standards and company policies. Keeps abreast of industry standards both in training and the pipeline industry including: government changes/requirements, instructional methods, courses, and materials that affect job performance.
  • Consults with other training and SME personnel to design and develop training materials as needed in accordance with the System Integrity Plan and company policies and procedures.
  • Monitors and evaluates trainees progress through new employee training and annual training. Oversees documentation of completion in the learning management system.
  • Maintains relationships with counterparts in various companies, industry groups, professional organizations, and educational institutions.
  • Provides ad hoc training as requested.
Education
  • Bachelors Degree
  • 12 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
Work Experience
  • 3 – 5 years related work experience Related experience maintaining and delivering technical training preferred

Licenses and Certifications
  • None required Achieve Global, DDI, ASTD, Professional Safety Manager, Certified Safety Professional, etc. preferred
