This is a Limited Term position for a duration of 12 months that may be extended up to 24 months and/or may become permanent.

The California Public Employees Retirement System (CalPERS), Human Resources Division (HRSD) is seeking a highly skilled Associate Governmental Program Analyst to lead technology modernization projects and HR system administration.

Anticipated Interview Dates: In-person interviews are anticipated to begin the week of April 15, 2024.

The incumbent operates independently and performs responsible, varied, and complex technical work as a full journey-level analyst requiring minimal supervision in the administration of HR systems and functionally as a Time and Labor (T&ampL) Administrator.

The T&ampL Administrator supports HRSD in the areas of system administration, system design, detailed analysis, project management, meeting facilitation, and the delivery of presentations and trainings. They revise, develop, analyze, document, and translate functional requirements and rules for system deficiencies and enhancements, as well as analyze performance and data issues and identify the criticality and risk level.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $5,684.00 – $7,114.00 per month
