Job Summary/Basic Function Position supervises operations at the Davis Testing Center. Provide excellent customer service for faculty, students, and community members. Participate in hiring, training, and evaluating hourly staff. Complete administrative tasks as assigned. Embrace and support the core values of the Division of Student Affairs including respect, integrity, student centeredness, collaboration, inclusion, and accountability.
Required Qualifications Required:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two years of related experience
  • One year of supervisory experience
  • Basic computer skills

Preferred Qualifications Seeking applicants with the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent decision-making skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Testing center experience and/or experience in a higher education environment preferred.
