Your missions :

Location: Lenexa, KS

Job Summary and Purpose:



As a Talent Sourcer at Ceva, you will play a pivotal role in collaborating with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to identify and engage with qualified talent across various disciplines within the animal health industry, including Manufacturing, Laboratory, and Commercial sectors. With a deep understanding of position requirements, you will develop targeted sourcing strategies and build and maintain diverse candidate pipelines for all US Ceva locations. Your primary focus will be on direct sourcing through various channels, headhunting, and pipelining top-tier candidates to ensure a steady influx of high-quality talent. Your contributions will have a direct impact on Cevas recruitment strategy and our ability to attract and retain top talent.

Responsibilities and Key Duties:



  • Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify potential candidates, including but not limited to Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, niche job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Review resumes and online profiles to assess candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles.
  • Engage with candidates through personalized outreach, email campaigns, and networking to establish rapport and interest in opportunities.
  • Screen candidates to evaluate their skills, experience, and cultural fit for positions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS), People Cloud.
  • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, develop sourcing strategies, and provide regular updates on candidate pipelines.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve sourcing techniques and strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives and talent acquisition projects as needed.
  • Build and maintain a vast network of professional relationships for various disciplines in the animal health industry.
  • Collaborate and partner with universities to participate in career fairs and networking events, fostering credibility and building trust with relevant majors and departments.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 2-5 years of proven experience as a talent sourcer, recruiter, or in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using sourcing tools and techniques, including Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other online sourcing platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates.
  • Animal Health, Pharmaceutical/Biotech or Manufacturing experience is highly preferred.
  • Strong internet research skills and cold-calling experience is required.
  • Must have a demonstrated ability to create and drive efficient and effective candidate generation strategies beyond traditional recruitment mechanisms.
  • Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Passion for talent acquisition and a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring practices.

Physical Requirements:


While performing the responsibilities of the position, the employee is required to talk and hear. The employee is often required to sit and use their hands and fingers to handle, feel and manipulate keys on a keyboard. Often, the employee will be required to stand and walk to different areas of the site. This job will require close vision to be able to see a monitor.
