Ferguson has an exciting opportunity on the Talent Acquisition team! We are looking for a driven, dynamic individual in the role of Talent Sourcer – Executive and Corporate . This position will focus on a partnership within Fergusons Talent Acquisition Team and its customer groups and functions to supply a high quality and diverse talent pool.

The role will work approximately 70% executive level and 30% corporate function roles. The ability to work multiple, varied roles and pivot and shift as needed is critical to success.

Location:

This role is approved to be fully remote and can be based anywhere in the United States.


Responsibilities:

  • Build sourcing plans to best identify, engage, and attract the best talent to Ferguson. Apply creativity in building sourcing strategies and partnerships that facilitate curiosity about Ferguson and the roles to be filled.

  • Engage with candidates and introduce them to Ferguson. Conduct screenings and interviews for sourced candidates, present recommendations to partnering recruiter.

  • Initiate reports in Talent Neuron to build a talent strategy.

  • Build pipelines and lead generation.

  • Partner with our recruiters to deliver top-tier talent and customer service.

  • Develop innovative sourcing techniques to establish and grow diverse pools of talent to underpin Ferguson’s dedication to Inclusion and Diversity.

  • Complete sourcing tasks in an organized fashion with strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.

  • Communicate with candidates and talent acquisition team members on a regular basis.

  • Partner with the recruiters on recruitment kickoff calls or when added to the role. Provide effective plans to identify talent, labor market challenges, and maximize pipelines and referrals.

  • Drive a focus on the candidate experience to ensure our candidates are treated with the highest standards of customer service, integrity and professionalism.

  • Actively handle concerns and work across business and HR to problem solve recruiting challenges.

  • Ability to confidently interact and present to executive partners.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ proven experience in sourcing and full lifecycle recruiting in a corporate or agency setting.

  • Prior experience sourcing for corporate and executive level roles is strongly preferred.

  • Quick ability to learn about business groups and corporate functions.

  • Proven sourcing record with LinkedIn, SeekOut, Indeed, Social Media, Associations, etc. in addition to experience using tools and generating sourcing ideas outside of the traditional methods of recruiting.

  • Experience with Talent Neuron ideal but not required.

  • Expert knowledge in Boolean searches.

  • Professional maturity to interact with all levels, including executives.

  • Strong curiosity about recruiting and sourcing versatile future Ferguson associates.

  • Proven track record to source creatively and engage and attract passive candidates.

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience preferred.

  • An ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-volume environment, driving productivity and continuous improvement.

  • Passionate person who can exude confidence, work independently, and contribute to the team goals.

  • Technically savvy with a proven ability to learn systems and associated recruiting business processes quickly.

  • Workday experience highly preferred.

  • Highly organized with strong administrative skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritize work.

  • Solid ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing is a must.

Pay Range:

Actual pay rate may vary depending upon location. The estimated pay range for this position is below. The specific rate will depend on a candidate’s qualifications and prior experience.

$4,124.70 – $7,791.30

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
