We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Programs Specialist .

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing recruiting strategies focused on building a solid pipeline of tech and trade talent to fill roles including welders, fabricators, and installers.

Additionally, you will support our established third-party talent acquisition programs including our Recruitment Process Outsourcing program (RPO) and our Contingent Workforce program (Flex Staffing), ensuring their success and effectiveness.

Location: This role is approved to be either Remote within the United States or Hybrid in Newport News, VA, in accordance with company policy.

Responsibilities:

Tech &amp Trade Program

  • Create and implement recruiting strategies to attract talent for tech and trade roles like welders, fabricators, and installers.
  • Build and maintain relations with tech and trade schools, skilled trade organizations, and professionals to enhance our recruiting efforts.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand their tech and trade talent needs.
  • Track and analyze metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruiting efforts and make data-driven decisions.
  • Limited travel may be required.

RPO &amp Flex Staffing Programs

  • Support the RPO and Flex Staffing programs by providing expertise, guidance, and support to ensure their success.
  • Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing solutions to streamline recruitment and contingent workforce management processes.
  • Generating reports and metrics to track the performance of the programs.
  • Provide training and support to hiring managers and other partners on the RPO and Flex Staffing programs processes.
  • Maintaining compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to recruitment activities.
  • Invoice processing and reconciliation as well as other administrative duties related to both programs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military/professional experience preferred.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on tech and trade recruiting OR implementing new TA programs required.
  • Experience working with RPO programs and/or contingent workforce programs (specifically programs managed by an MSP) preferred.
  • Strategic problem solver with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong understanding of recruiting best practices and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with both internal and external partners spanning all levels of the organization.
  • Highly organized with proven attention to detail and ability to prioritize work as this role blends challenging long-term projects and short-term tasks.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to program goals.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, Workday experience a plus!

Pay Range:

Actual pay rate may vary depending upon location. The estimated pay range for this position is below. The specific rate will depend on a candidate’s qualifications and prior experience.

$4,799.70 – $9,075.00

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
