Responsibilities:
Mead & Hunt, a nationwide professional services consulting firm has an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our fast-paced human resources department.
Our human resources team has an opening for a full-time professional to help acquire the best talent for our company. This critical position’s responsibilities include attracting talent using innovative sourcing tools and techniques fostering strong partnerships with management to recruit and select the best candidates for open positions and promotional opportunities conducting interviews providing ideas for process improvements training managers about the company’s hiring policies and procedures and participating in campus outreach efforts.
Qualifications: The successful candidate will have an associate degree (or higher) in human resources, business administration, or social sciences and at least two years of talent acquisition experience OR if no degree, at least four years of talent acquisition experience.

- Full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Knowledge of regulatory/legal compliance issues related to recruiting including affirmative action.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully partner and consult with managers to select outstanding candidates for open positions.
- Experience with applicant tracking software (iCIMS a plus).
