Compensation and Benefits:

  • Compensation: Starting pay rate of $17.00, actual wage will be adjusted based on experience.
  • Benefits: Full-time, seasonal position eligible for a season pass for employee/dependents and privileges at several other resorts. Several discount programs (i.e. food &amp beverage, retail/rental, tickets, etc.) also available.

Job Summary: The Killington Adventure Center offers attractions for all levels of fun-Beast Mountain Coaster, K-1 Gondola, Zip Line Racer, Skye Ropes Course, Soaring Eagle, Trampoline Jump and Amazen Maze.

Summary of Key Responsibilities:

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

  • Greet guests in a friendly manner, and answer a variety of questions about the resort and the area
  • Explain all procedures to inexperienced guests and ensure that all safety procedures are followed
  • Monitor the operation of the summer attractions continually, and notify appropriate personnel of any problems or unusual conditions
  • Perform all necessary opening, operating, and closing procedures to the attractions
  • Ensure that all guests have valid tickets or wrist bands
  • Complete daily operations report
Requirements: Basic Qualifications:
  • Must be 16 years of age
  • Ability to work quickly and alertly, and to strictly observe safety procedures
  • Ability to learn a variety of information about activities, events, policies, procedures, schedules, and the like pertaining to the resort and the area
  • Ability to deal with guests in a courteous, efficient, and confident/authoritative manner
  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds consistently
