Job Summary and Mission

We’re looking for highly motivated candidates with a talent for organization and problem solving to contribute to the success of Starbucks store design studio by providing key business support. The role will focus on project and studio management that enables the design team to uphold the Starbucks brand promise while meeting cost, schedule, and operational requirements all while living our mission and values.

Summary of Key Responsibilities

As a Store Design Admin, you will…

  • Support managers and senior managers with established studio reporting by generating updates, collecting information, and distributing reports.
  • Support established process for consultant proposals, contracts, and payments may include routing for approval(s) and facilitating support when issues arise.
  • Support new Partner and new consultant on-boarding with key resources, systems access, etc.
  • Coordinate and schedule design review sessions, including gathering documents and preparing agendas on behalf of design review leaders.
  • Coordinate and schedule team meetings including gathering documents and preparing agendas on behalf of the meeting leader.

Basic Qualifications
  • Education (minimum education level, degree or certification necessary): Associates degree (any field of study) or significant professional experience in related field.
  • Skills (minimum skills required): Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • 1-3 Years of experience in specific field or utilizing designated skills (minimum needed to be qualified)
