Job Description : As a global leader in Stainless Steel, were seeking a dynamic Specialist Pricing Office and be part of our Pricing team in Calvert, Mobile County, Alabama.

We invite you to explore an exceptional career opportunity, in this role, you will support the commercial team’s business decision process by performing customer/product price &amp margin analysis with accuracy and precision. Support pricing administration within SAP, rebates, and billing. This includes close collaboration with others to improve processes related to order entry, order modifications, and forecasting. Finally, the candidate will ensure the collection and reporting of accurate monthly cost and pricing data.
This position works hybrid.

Job qualifications and experience requirements:
  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration or economics preferred. Other relevant specialties will be considered.
  • 5+ years of experience in a role similar to inside/outsides Sales or process management is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerBi and PowerPoint. (SAP proficiency is a plus).

Some of the activities you will be doing includes:
  • Make monthly, quarterly, semi-annual quotes for Key Account Customers (appliance and automotive) and distributors.
  • Generate and collect price &amp cost information to support the commercial team in preparing for a proposal or negotiation.
  • Support the execution of an improved invoicing process i.e. quote to cash.
  • Receive, validate, and execute price authorizations.
  • Perform and maintains accurate entry of pricing conditions in SAP.
  • Collaborate with invoicing and claims to execute daily billing to customers and price corrections where applicable.
  • Perform Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-Annual BOM and Contract profitability analysis to support the commercial team.
  • Collaborate with customer service department regarding sales order pricing.
  • Ensure invoice cancellations for re-invoicing are issued in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate and ensure that all pricing record/document requirements are adhered to.
  • Update Sales Orders in SAP if/when a hedge has been approved by management.
  • Solve any discrepancies in a timely manner.

Salary range: USD 76,200 – 95,200 base year. What we offer:
