Job Summary: Under the direction of the Customer Service Manager, the Shipping and Receiving Clerk is responsible for equipment receiving.
Responsibilities/Duties:
- Receive and route incoming shipments, including HFJV customer and rental devices. Log and track information into QST.
- Packages all outgoing shipments after receipt of shipping documents from Customer Service. Maintain and check daily for accurate inventory/lot number counts in finished goods
- Monitors shipping supply inventory and requisition supplies, as needed.
- Cleans white cases for shipping
- Complete special projects as assigned by Managers.
- Assist Quality Assurance to promote and improve compliance and support the company quality policy, quality objectives, industry stands, and regulatory requirements.
- Observe all company safety policies and procedures.
- Maintain and encourage cooperative relationships with all other Bunnell employees in supporting company?s mission and strategic plan.
- Occasionally assist customer service department by entering purchase order information into MAX, including picking inventory from MAX, and printing documents for shipping.
- Enters shipping information into United Parcel Service database and arranging other freight carriers to send devices, supplies, and other products to customers, etc.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Physical ability to routinely lift at least 65 pounds and stand at least 50% of the work day.

- Familiarity with domestic and international medical device regulations
- Good organization and prioritization skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good communication skills
Preferred Experience:
- Experience working in a receiving area
- Experience maintaining receiving records
