Role Snapshot

As Senior Recruiter, you will play a vital role in our mission to attract, engage, and retain top talent. We are seeking a dynamic and strategic experienced recruiter who can bring a consultative approach to our talent acquisition team while leveraging tools and resources to identify and engage exceptional candidates. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver memorable experiences for both internal and external customers, ensuring every interaction reflects our Thriving Together culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process and hiring deliverables. This includes creating compelling position descriptions sourcing diverse candidate and building applicant pipelines screening candidates advising hiring managers on the recruiting process and negotiating job offers. Ensure a smooth, efficient, and positive experience for both the candidate and hiring manager.
  • Consultative Talent Acquisition: Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and business leaders to understand their talent needs and provide strategic guidance on recruitment best practices and collaborating to develop tailored recruitment strategies for each role.
  • Candidate-Centric Approach: Champion a candidate-centric mindset by delivering extraordinary service throughout the recruitment journey prioritizing transparent communication, timely updates, and engaging interactions.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Look beyond direct applications and leverage job boards, career sites, social media, professional networks, recruiting events, and other innovative sourcing techniques to find the best talent for the opportunity.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, labor market conditions, and competitor insights. Utilize this knowledge to recommend enhancements to the overall Talent Acquisition sourcing and recruiting strategy and influence the individual plan for assigned positions.
  • Compliance: Maintain a deep understanding of legal and regulatory requirements related to recruitment and ensure adherence to all applicable laws and policies, specifically OFCCP and proactively educate hiring managers and business leaders, as needed.
  • Data-Driven Decision-Making: Utilize data and metrics to track recruitment performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to optimize the recruitment process continually.
  • Efficient Approach: Manage a manageable volume of requisitions at varying levels while ensuring quality of hire and efficient fill rate.

This role would be a good fit if you:

  • Proven experience successfully recruiting for positions at all levels of an organization, both individual exempt and non-exempt staffing and high-volume reoccurring class roles.
  • Possess strong passion for finding the right candidate(s) to fulfill the staffing needs of an organization to drive retention and growth.
  • Have experience creating candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean searches).
  • Excel at developing and maintaining collaborative relationships with hiring managers and utilizing consultative skills to both coach and guide leaders through the full-cycle recruitment process and candidate selection.
  • Proficient in the use of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software/tools, along with social media and job boards such as UKG (UltiPro), Indeed and LinkedIn.
  • Excellent oral and written communication, along with proven ability to persuade and influence candidates and hiring managers.

You need to have:

  • Bachelors Degree in related field or equivalent post high school and/or related work experience
  • 1 or more years of experience recruiting both exempt and non-exempt opportunities across multiple disciplines and industries.
  • 1 or more years of successfully hiring high-volume class and/or entry-level role experience.
  • 1 or more years of experience recruiting management and executive level candidates.
  • 1 or more years of candidate sourcing and pipeline management experience.

We also prefer:

  • 5 or more years of full cycle recruiting experience.
  • 5 or more years of experience developing and implementing recruiting strategies to meet hiring managers’ staffing needs.
  • Proven ability to act as a talent advisor to assigned hiring managers.
  • Knowledge of the healthcare and/or insurance industry is a plus.

Salary Range

$75,000 to $85,000

The base pay offered for this position may vary within the posted range based on your job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
