Seasonal Pool Server

Our service-oriented team strives daily to ensure our owners, members, and guests can create wonderful vacation memories! Join our team at HGV as a Pool Server and be the heart of exceptional guest experiences!

Responsibilities include:

• Greet guests and proved excellent customer service
• Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and promptly
• Setup up and maintain a clean and organized area
• Ensure guest satisfaction by being attentive to their needs and preferences
• Provide information about pool amenities, menus, and specials to our owners
• Handle credit card and room transactions accurately
• Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe environment
• Responsible and reliable Team Member with a proactive approach to weather changes

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced, hot environment and under pressure (outside temp reaching 120 F)
• Knowledge of food and beverage menu items
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Must 18 years of age
• Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude
