Scheduled: Monday – Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm
Job Description:
Performs duties and tasks related to clinic scheduling. Operates communication systems, such as telephone and switchboard. Answers incoming calls, greets callers, provides information, transfers calls, and/or takes messages as necessary. Performs clerical duties as needed. Duties include answering telephones, scheduling appointments, billing patients, verifying insurance, compiling medical charts, filing, and office machine operation.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent
Prefer Medical Terminology
Previous healthcare experience preferred
Prefer computer classes and/or experience
