Atlantic Health System Central Scheduling unit is seeking a full-time Scheduler I based out of our Corporate Office in Morristown NJ.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

  • Candidate will be a scheduler in the Central Scheduling Call Center.
  • Candidate will take a large volume of incoming calls that will facilitate the transcribing of orders and scheduling of our patients in various modalities.
  • Candidate will be trained and required to communicate various patient assistance tools.
  • Candidate will cross train in various modalities as warranted by the department.

Minimum Education:

  • High School Diploma or GED required

Minimum Experience:

  • Knowledge of Insurance preferred
  • High volume call center experience preferred
  • Great computer skills
  • Great customer service skills
