Job Description

Our Centralized Radiology Scheduling department is seeking a Scheduler to join their team! You will be receiving inbound calls and making outbound calls to help patients schedule radiology imaging (and various other departments). The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service skills, professional communication skills, and be capable of handling multiple tasks at once with a positive attitude.

Because of the nature of this scheduling, candidates do best if they have taken a medical terminology course. Please provide a cover letter and note where/when you completed medical terminology in your cover letter or resume.

Schedule – The schedule will likely be Monday-Friday 8AM – 4:30PM. This position will support Centralized Radiology Scheduling but will be located out of our Corporate Office (901 E. 104th St).

Provide customer service to patients families physicians physician offices the community and internal departments throughout the SLHS that includes but is not limited to Scheduling tests procedures treatments and services determining financial accountability providing information and referrals proactively problem solving concerns issues and providing patient instructions and education regarding preparations for tests and procedures.
