POSITION SUMMARY:


The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for the development, maintenance and optimization of the AbleNet Salesforce Platform, and contributing to the overall efficiency and success of business operations through technology.


POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Provide first-line support to Salesforce users, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a smooth user experience.
  • Assist in the development and delivery of training programs for new and existing Salesforce users.
  • Perform routine data maintenance tasks, including data imports, updates, and cleansing to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Assist in the configuration and customization of Salesforce to meet business requirements.
  • Work closely with senior administrators and developers to implement and test new features, functionalities, and integrations.
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into key performance metrics and support decision-making processes.
  • Assist in the design and implementation of workflow rules, process builder flows, and automation to streamline business processes.
  • Support the implementation and enforcement of security policies and access controls within Salesforce.
  • Assist in periodic security audits to ensure compliance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with staff to identify needs for additional training, functionality, automation and other

  • Must be able to learn and work with key organization technologies (i.e. Acumatica, Salesforce, Pardot, Zapier, JotForms, SoGo Surveys, etc.)
  • Extensive knowledge as it relates to Marketing and Business Development operational goals
  • Must have knowledge of ERP, CRM, eCommerce, Analytics, and website software experience
  • Must be able to work with internal and external stakeholders
  • Must be able to manage multiple projects/efforts at one time
  • Must be able to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Must be able to start a task with minimal guidance and overcome challenges as encountered
  • Must have a high attention to detail
  • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills


POSITION REQUIREMENTS:


Education &amp Experience


  • Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field
  • Some experience in a Salesforce support or administrative role
  • Familiarity with relevant programming languages a plus
  • Physical, Time, Presence &amp Other Requirements


    Standard Office Environment: Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.


    Full-Time, Exempt employees work an average of 40 hours per week. Additional hours may be required as necessary.


    Fully Remote: Onsite presence is not expected/will be minimal
