Sales Associate I

Pay Grade/Pay Range: Minimum: $15.00 – Midpoint: $17.26 (Hourly N1)

Department/Organization: 505171 – Supply Store – Ferguson

Normal Work Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm some weekends &amp extended hours

Job Summary: The Sales Associate I performs various retail support activities under close supervision. Receives, unpacks, restocks, prices, shelves, stages, and sells merchandise. Operates cash register to complete sales. Provides customer service to patrons.

Required Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or GED.

Preferred Qualifications: Extensive customer service experience and skills in a retail environment that parallels the functions of this position.
