As a Chat Repair Representative I, your focus is providing basic customer support related to Charter services. It’ll be a highly collaborative team environment, colleagues supporting customers as well as each other!

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUM
Required Qualifications
  • Experience: Cable operations or telecommunications call center
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Schedule: Ability to work a variety of schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Language: Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English

Preferred Qualifications
  • Technical Skills : Proficiency with PCs, Microsoft Office Suite, and general intranet navigation
  • Skills: Communication, multi-tasking, organization, and time management
