Avalon Health Care Management Inc. in Salt Lake City is seeking a Recruiter to join our team!

$65,000 /year Monthly bonus This position is a hybrid role. Must be located in Salt Lake City or the surrounding areas. Avalon provides skilled nursing services. Avalon affiliated nursing facilities and home health providers are located in the Western United States and currently provide care to patients and residents in the states of Hawaii, California, Washington, Nevada, Utah, and Oregon.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and conduct full lifecycle of recruitment and hiring activities
  • Working closely with executive team
  • Proactive sourcing
  • Consulting with key stakeholders
  • Coordination of interviews
  • Maintaining clear lines of communication
  • Guiding hiring managers and advising hire for fit initiatives
  • Leading offer discussions according to established guidelines
  • Facilitating the on-boarding process
  • Utilize multiple recruitment resources to develop a steady applicant flow of qualified candidates to facilities
  • Assists in identifying and overcoming staffing challenges
  • Attends job fairs, conferences, and other meetings, exposing Avalon to top industry talent
  • Maintains market knowledge
  • Supports facilities in overcoming any obstacles regarding applicant flow and the new hire process while ensuring compliance procedures are followed
Qualifications:
  • Health care recruiting preferred
  • Knowledge of recruitment strategies and best practices.
  • Evidence of the practice of maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
  • Strong customer service background.
  • Organized and strong attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and computer skills.
