The Role
Our receptionists provide first-class assistance through excellent communication, the anticipation of needs, creative thinking, attention to detail, and expedient responsiveness. The receptionist position requires a cheerful and enthusiastic personality, while the business needs are being met with the utmost attentiveness and professionalism.
Schedule:
The schedule is to be determined. Candidates with evening and weekend availability will be given priority consideration, and commensurate pay.
Duties Include (but are not limited to):
- Answer phones in a timely manner and direct calls to different offices
- Maintain emails
- Handle outgoing and incoming mail
- Keep different reports up to date
- Practice proper security precautions for anyone coming into the office
- Provide attention to detail and follow through to ensure that a wide range of business needs are met
- Follow up with any requests for quotes to ensure they are answered in a timely manner
Requirements:
- Aviation experience preferred, but not required, willing to train
- 1-2 years of receptionist/office administrative position
- Professional and attentive personality
- Knowledge in Microsoft 365
- Ability to multi-task effectively
- Must be able to sit for hours
- Capability in working under pressure
- Have skill in adaptation
