Receiving Supervisor – Hotel Renegade

THE PLAYER

You are responsible for maintaining inventory counts and quality control procedures for incoming and outgoing product shipments. The duties include unloading delivery trucks and checking incoming shipments against product invoices, organizing, and storing shipments until they receive outgoing order requests.

EVERY DAY, YOU WILL

• Maintain and monitor supply inventory and budget.
• Unload packages from incoming trucks and stores according to procedures.
• Inform staff of expected deliveries.
• Inspect contents to ensure they are undamaged or spoiled.
• Verify packages according to order and invoices (quantity, quality, prices etc.)
• Assume responsibility for returning unsatisfactory shipments or receiving replacements.
• Label deliveries and allocate them to their designated place.
• Fulfills orders placed by internal requests, delivery of goods, and stores according to procedures.
• Ensure invoices are signed and paid for satisfactory deliveries.
• Ensures Food safety.
• Maintain accurate records and assist in inventory controls.
• Continually strives to develop staff in all areas of development.
• Prepare all required paperwork, including forms, reports, and schedules in an organized and timely manner.
• Ensure that all equipment is kept clean and kept in excellent working condition through personal inspection and by following the facilities preventative maintenance programs.
• Ensure that all products are received in correct unit count and condition and deliveries are performed in accordance with the receiving policies and procedures.
• Schedule labor as required by anticipated business activity while ensuring that all positions and shifts are staffed.
• Fully understand and comply with all federal, state, county and municipal regulations that pertain to health, safety and labor requirements of the restaurant, employees, and guests.

YOU WILL BE GREAT AT HOTEL RENEGADE IF

Education High school diploma or equivalent

Experience and/or Training

• High level of professionalism.
• Knowledge of service, food and beverage, generally involving at least three years of Bar operations and inventory management.
• Possess excellent basic math skills and have the ability to operate a POS system.

Licenses/Certificates

• Food Manager Certification
