This is a remote position and may require up to 25% travel.

The mission of the CommonSpirit Health Clinical-Supply Integration team is to collaborate on a clinically driven supply chain process, whereby clinical stakeholders are empowered to inform and collaborate with supply chain entities to maximize research- based product selection, resulting in maximum patient benefit and financial stewardship.

This position provides non-clinical support and project coordination for CSH’s Supply Service and Resource Management (SSRM) Clinical-Supply Integration program. The incumbent will help with coordination and support of the program with the SSRM Sourcing Team, clinical committees and subcommittees, and other stakeholders within the organization. An ideal candidate will have the ability to manage multiple projects at a time while staying organized.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage communications and coordinate logistics (as needed) with member participants to schedule Clinical-Supply Integration meetings in timely manner.
  • Attend Clinical-Supply Integration meetings, record minutes, tally voting results, draft and distribute talking point communications.
  • Update the Clinical-Supply Integration Google Drive Folder including posting of scheduled meetings, agendas, minutes, presentations, analytics, lists, and voting results.
  • Assist in the coordination of Clinical-Supply Integration evaluations and trials as needed.
  • Generate and distribute quarterly reports on Clinical-Supply Integration meeting participation and results to leaders within the organization.
  • Work with CSH service line leaders and Supply Chain Sourcing and Implementation Teams to identify Clinical-Supply Integration member participants (including but not limited to: nursing, infection prevention, wound care, respiratory, and imaging stakeholders).
  • Develop and implement standard documentation and templates for communications and other business activities.
  • Identify and improve Clinical-Supply Integration processes within the phases of a sourcing initiative.
  • Analyze and identify quality and cost opportunities by procedure, hospital, and clinician data.
  • Build relationships with existing Clinical-Supply Integration member participants, and potential member participants, to foster ongoing commitment to the program.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree preferred
  • 2 years of project management or data analytics experience
  • Experience working with healthcare professionals
  • Supply chain experience
  • Extensive experience in Google Drive, including creating and managing sites, libraries, lists and security groups
  • Experience scheduling meetings with large numbers of geographically diverse participants
  • Experience creating document templates and standard communication processes
  • Strong organizational skills

Pay Range

$33.68 – $48.84 /hour
