The Production Assistant provides oversight and guidance on all Digital Communications administrative tasks, project, and campaign management support. This position is responsible for envisioning potential issues with Digital Communications projects and providing real-time issue resolutions. Under the direction of the Director of Creative Services, the Production Assistant will support complex and high-volume calendaring, data management, research, data entry, quality control, report generation and analysis, and develop and enhance departmental workflows. The position also supports the department with non-complex video production and photo editing as well as maintaining and organizing the departments digital assets management, archiving systems and distribution.

Qualifications:


Education &amp Experience


  • Three (3) years of experience working in a digital media production or marketing and communications environment
  • Experience in taking the coordination and administrative lead for specific projects requiring accurate tracking, follow-up, and adhering to strict timeline
  • Experience working in a video production environment
  • Associate’s degree from an accredited institution required

Key Qualifications
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Strong troubleshooting, collaboration with others and experience prioritizing multiple tasks and working within a team
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat Pro, Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Photoshop, Premiere), telephone courtesy and data entry
  • Strong ability to guide the process of a digital communication project from inception to completion and being able to identify and avoid potential issues
