Position Summary
- Education: High school diploma, general education degree (GED) or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred
- License/Certifications: N/A
- Experience: Experience in customer service preferred. Experience in office procedures preferably in the medical field
- Detail-oriented and able to complete projects independently
- Excellent grammar, writing, decision-making and organizational skills are essential

The patient service representative (PSR) will greet patients in a friendly and courteous manner, answer telephones, schedule appointments, and perform other overall general office duties as assigned. The PSR will also collect, verify, enter, and monitor patient data while complying with the federal, state and MaineHealth confidentiality policies.
