Nemours is seeking a Patient and Family Representative to join our Nemours Childrens Hospital team in Wilmington, DE.
Patient and Family Representatives create a family centered environment that ensures that as a family arrives at N/AIDHC to receive clinical care, a positive and inviting experience is provided. The Patient and Family Service Representative is often the first point of contact for community, patients and families and are integral in forming the first impression those stakeholders have of the organization. This position covers the Front Desks in the Main Lobby and in the Outpatient Lobby, Monday through Friday, weekday business hours (12:30PM to 7:00PM). This positions responsibilities include, but not limited to, welcoming families entering the main lobbies (Welcome Center and Outpatient Lobby) of the hospital building through staffing at the front desk, completing inpatient visitor badging process to ensure patient and associate safety, being familiar with the hospital layout and providing wayfinding, and demonstrating excellent customer service and service recovery skills.
Requirements
HS Diploma or equivalent
