Job Summary/Basic Function Answers non-emergency calls for assistance. Enter, update and retrieve information from a variety of computer systems. Receive and process requests for records information. Operate a variety of communications equipment, including radio consoles, telephones and computer systems. Maintain department records.

**This is a pooled position. Applicants are selected from the pool as positions become available. After a period of time the pool will expire and applicants will be notified.

Required Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent.
Some experience required.
Must be able to type, fax, file, and answer phones. Familiarity with CAD and BCI is a plus but not required.

Preferred Qualifications Seeking applicants with some related working experience.
