Overview:
POSITION SUMMARY: Commits to learning and demonstrating progress over the duration of the Paid Training Program in the essential functions listed below.
Responsibilities:ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Essential Functions Statement(s):
- Sorts, inspects, cleans, prices, and tallies donations produced for sales floor.
- Pushes racks and carts to retail floor and assists in stocking the floor and pulls merchandise.
- Accepts and safeguards donations and keeps processing and donation areas in a clean, safe and organized manner.
- Provides excellent customer service to donors and customers. Refers to management any concerns or complaints
- Accurately charges customers purchases and follows all cash handling policies and procedures. Maintains the sales floor, keeps it safe clean, and organized.
- Places merchandise in displays. Takes inventory of stock and pulls merchandise for transfer as directed by management, Sales II or Key Holder.
- Performs other miscellaneous duties as assigned or directed.
SKILLS & ABILITIES:
Work Schedule: May include evenings and weekends. Must be available during operation hours.
Experience for Paid Training Position:
No previous experience needed.
