Description

Worldwide Procurement Analyst: GSMs own the commercial relationship with our manufacturing partners and are responsible for cost negotiations, continuity of supply, risk management, driving operational and cost efficiencies through process or design change, as well overall project execution. GSMs sit at the intersection of Apples business activities and engineering communities, and effectively balance the needs of both groups to ensure successful product launches. Manufacturing Design Engineer: MDEs are responsible for the development and implementation of high precision mechanical fabrication processes in a high-volume environment for Apple products. They are accountable for driving the development of key manufacturing processes across Apple’s worldwide supply base. In this hands-on role as a technical expert, you will collaborate with Apple Industrial Design, Product Design, Manufacturing Design partners and worldwide suppliers. Materials Program Manager: MPMs plays a critical role in ensuring success for the operations organization. In this role, you will be responsible for materials readiness, availability, and visibility. This is a strategic supply chain role, interacting with our Contract Manufacturers (CMs) and internal core teams, encompassing critical component planning, allocation direction, supply flexibility modeling, and materials liability management. Operations Program Manager: As an OPM, you will influence product manufacturability, testability, and supply chain responsiveness in pursuit of low cost and maximum flexibility while stewarding the highest standards of product quality expected of Apples products. A successful OPM communicates with ease at all levels is adept at facilitating actions and resolving conflicts manages through relationships and brings calm and control to even the highest-intensity projects. Quality Engineering: Quality Engineers are passionate about the customer experience and ensure Apple is making the highest quality products. They are responsible for driving quality improvement actions on future products, manufacturing process and developing plans to validate / verify new products at each NPI development milestone. Our Quality team thinks critically and creatively about how to improve products, challenge the status-quo, and act as the voice of the customer. Supply Demand Planning Manager: SDMs develop, communicate, and execute end-to-end product demand and supply plans across all channels of distribution in over 80 countries for current and future product lines. Forecast demand, inventory, and multi-channel sell through. Generate weekly and quarterly supply plans that meet Apple’s financial objectives and partner closely with regional teams to ensure supply meets sales requirements. Technical Program Manager: TPMs lead a team of engineers in support of new product development as well as sustaining operations ensuring contract manufacturer readiness for high-volume production. We are responsible for ensuring factory readiness to mass-manufacture high quality products. They work with the tooling, fixture and factory teams at every build to ensure readiness for assembling, testing and qualification of the product.

Education &amp Experience

Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
